June 7 | 2pm ET: No matter who you are, sometimes the world just feels like way too much. A lot happens outside of us that we can’t control. So we have to learn how to create more resilience in how we respond. On Day 2 you’ll learn how to handle it when things outside your control are stressing you out.

DAY 3: INTERNAL BURNOUT


June 8 | 11am ET: You’ll learn why women and other marginalized people are more likely to feel burnt out, and how you can literally change your brain to avoid that fate. On Day 3 you’ll learn the one crucial skill you need to undo the damage of this socialization on your brain and heal burnout from within.

DAY 4: LIVE COACHING


June 9 | 2pm ET: You’ll get to see the magic in action on this live coaching day! A few brave and lucky souls will share their burnout challenges and I’ll help them figure out how to create more space and energy for their lives in real time. You’ll never look at your brain the same way again.

June 10 | 12pm ET: The 2022 Burnout Breakthrough Masterclass. This live masterclass dives deeper into the concepts taught throughout the week, and teaches you how to apply them to your own life going forward. You’ll leave less stressed, less anxious, and with more energy for the future.

We’re only a few months into 2022 and it feels like enough has happened for a whole year, amirite?

We’re on year three of a never-ending pandemic. 

And that’s not even counting being short-staffed at work, your kid getting suspended, your mom’s chemo schedule...no matter what’s going on in your life, right now it feels like

I’m not immune either.

Despite being a master certified life coach, and an expert in helping women rewire their brains to reduce stress and increase their confidence, I’ve had some exhausted moments the
last few years too.

But I also know exactly how to stop - and HEAL - my own burnout when it starts creeping in. And that makes all the difference. 

Because here’s what most of us don’t know about burnout: 

It’s actually not created by the events in our lives, or in the world.

IT'S CREATED BY OUR BRAINS.

Of course what happens outside of us impacts us.

After all, before Russia invaded Ukraine you probably weren’t even thinking about the possibility of WWIII, and now you may be.


BUT WE CAN'T WAIT FOR THE WORLD TO CHILL THE F*CK OUT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT HOW WE FEEL.


Because as you’ve probably noticed, the world is showing NO signs of calming the f*ck down. Quite the opposite, in fact.

This is NOT something we are born knowing how to do. 

In fact, we’re born with brains that are ready and waiting to freak the f*ck out at the slightest provocation! (I know, it’s a design flaw, I’ve already submitted several complaints to the universe but never get a response!)

And then on top of this brain that is always ready to rumble, society teaches women:

        • to put themselves last, 
        • to work themselves to exhaustion, and 
        • to feel guilty for ever resting or taking a break.

           

So even if you know what might help you turn the energy dial back up, you have a hard time letting yourself prioritize it.

The good news is that while we’re not born knowing how to feel resilient and empowered, it is something we can LEARN.

        • In fact, I have a B.A. from Yale and a J.D. from Harvard Law. I learned how to think rigorously during my previous career as a women’s rights lawyer. And those are the same brilliant skills I bring to my coaching, which is rooted in cognitive psychology-based techniques and feminist theory.
        • So basically I’m a fun, feminist, non-judgmental combo of life coach, mentor, and hilarious best friend . . . except I give way better advice than your friends do. And I actually teach you how to act on it. You get it.
